Nancy graduated from Skidmore College with a BA Degree in Political Science & Economics. Following a successful 10 years in the retail industry in both New York and Southern California; Nancy and her family settled on Long Beach Island. Barnegat Light became her home and focus for the construction business she and her husband, Michael, owned and operated for nearly 25 years. This experience added to her already broad business acumen. In 1984; Nancy entered real estate with hch Real Estate, building her business over the ensuing years while raising their two children. Having served 12 years on the local school board, the Barnegat Light Zoning Board for 35 years [30 of them as the Chairperson], Friends of Library Board, member of the Surf City Yacht Club, Brant Beach Yacht Club, & Mantoloking Yacht Club, and founding member of the Jersey Shore Optimist Racing Team; Nancy brings a well-rounded wealth of knowledge, negotiating skills and contacts to her real estate business. She has also enriched her career by earning the prestigious CRS [Certified Residential Specialist] credential and developing an extensive referral network.
